1. Who we are

The site is run by Nexora, a company registered in Kuwait (“Nexora”, “we”, “us”).

2. The waitlist

• • Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. It is not a purchase, a pre-order or a subscription.
• • You must be 16 or older to join, and the details you give must be your own.
• • We may change the waitlist, delay or change the launch, or decide not to launch, without liability to you.
• • You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
• • How we handle your name and email is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Information on the site

• • The site describes Stardo as it is planned. Features, screens, examples and figures shown (including the sample training data and progress) are illustrative and may differ from the app at launch.
• • Prices, plans and trial lengths shown are indicative only. They are not an offer, and the final prices and terms will be confirmed in the app stores at launch.

4. Not medical advice

Stardo is about strength training. Nothing on the site is medical, health or nutrition advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury or are pregnant. You train at your own risk. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

5. Using the site

You agree not to:

• • misuse the site or the waitlist, for example by signing up other people without their permission, submitting false or automated sign-ups, or trying to overload it;
• • try to access parts of the site or its systems you are not meant to access, or interfere with its security;
• • copy, scrape or reuse the site’s content in a way these terms do not allow.

We may block access or remove a sign-up that breaks these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, software and the names Stardo and Nexora) belong to Nexora or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites and services, such as the app stores. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

8. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that the information on it is complete or up to date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nexora is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Because the site and the waitlist are free, our total liability to you for anything else is limited to KWD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute, but if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you rights that cannot be removed by agreement, those rights are not affected.
